Special Notes related to Covid-19
- Per Government of Ontario Regulations, Guests of the hotel will require proof of vaccination, including for access to the Meeting & Event spaces where the conference is being held. Conference attendees will be required to provide Proof of Vaccination upon entry (or re-entry) to the conference venue.
- Fully Vaccinated is considered 14 days after a second dose and in Ontario, the facility will require the 2nd Vaccine Receipt along with Gov’t Photo ID.
- A face mask that covers their mouth, nose and chin is mandatory for conference attendees in any indoor public area. All hotel guests are required to wear a mask throughout the hotel, except when in their rooms. Face masks can be temporarily removed to eat and drink.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols & Housekeeping Service at Marriott Downtown CF Toronto Eaton Centre:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning:
- increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Staff members are required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) at all times and follow public health and local regulations.
- Guests are required wear to face coverings in hotel public space, corridors, and elevators.
Electrostatic Spraying:
- utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Room Amenities:
- TV remote control is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and sealed in plastic protective sleeve for next use.
- Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
- Non-essential items removed from guest rooms, but available via contactless delivery.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know.
