Group Registrations

GROUP Registration (University/Clinical) rate = $1,200.00

For registration: 

Go to REGISTRATION (https://thematic2022.cns-scn.ca/registration) and select the pink Register Online for VIRTUAL button  
 
1. Under Registration Category, select Group (University/Clinical)
 
2. Complete the Contact Information including first name, last name, email address, and policy agreements, for the Group Facilitator
 
3. Under Fee Selection, select Group (University/Clinical) Fee - $1,200
 
4. Click the pink "Add another attendee" button, and follow steps above for each additional attendee.. 
 
5. Complete the credit card information at the bottom.  The credit card provided will be charged the group rate of $1,200.00 plus tax.  
 
6. Click the "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA
 
7. Select the pink "Submit Registration" button. A confirmation screen will appear after successful registration, and a confirmation will be emailed immediately after processing.
