Registration Information

CNS is hopeful that we will be able to resume in-person participation along with live-streaming options, and is monitoring the situation closely.   We will be limiting the number of in-person attendees and will follow all province of Ontario Public Health guidelines. Should we be in the unfortunate situation to have to cancel the in-person event, the conference will revert to live-streaming only on the same day and schedule, and all in-person attendees will receive the log-in information to attend virtually. Ultimately, the health, safety and well-being of participants, speakers, supporters and staff will be of utmost importance.

Please register by Friday, December 10, 2021 to receive discounted early bird registration fees. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

*An important note for on-site (in-person) attendees - please read:

Occupancy / Capacity limits will apply to this event in compliance with local and provincial mandates in effect at the time of the conference.  Please consider your personal comfort level and risk tolerance when deciding whether to register as an on-site/in person attendee. If registering for this format, take a moment to read the important points below:

1. To minimize the risk of COVID-19, public health measures, advice and restrictions are in place.  Although these measures will be taken to ensure your participation is as safe as possible, attending an in-person event is not risk-free.

2. Per Government of Ontario Regulations, Guests of the hotel will require proof of vaccination, including for access to the Meeting & Event spaces where the conference is being held.   Conference attendees will be required to provide Proof of Vaccination upon entry (or re-entry) to the conference venue. Fully Vaccinated is considered 14 days after a second dose and in Ontario, the facility will require the 2nd Vaccine Receipt along with Gov’t Photo ID.

3. A face mask that covers their mouth, nose and chin is mandatory for conference attendees in any indoor public area. All hotel guests are required to wear a mask throughout the hotel, except when in their rooms. Face masks can be temporarily removed to eat and drink.

4. Social and physical distancing practices will be in place, practices which can include increasing distance between furniture, modified floor plans, and managing queueing areas to prevent and control crowding.

5. Screening of individuals in attendance.

6. Collecting contact information of all attendees.

IMPORTANT: CNS is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation and should it be warranted, this event will revert back to a fully virtual live streaming format. The health, safety and well-being of participants, speakers, supporters and staff are of utmost importance to CNS. If individuals feel unwell or have any COVID-19 related symptoms and have registered to attend in-person, their registrations will be reverted to live-streaming and they will be provided with the appropriate log-in information. Individuals who have registered for in-person attendance but decide that live-streaming is the safer option will be accommodated but must notify CNS no later than Monday, January 17th, 2022 at 5pm ET. CNS will have an obligation to provide final numbers to the hotel for food and beverage on this date. Your cooperation is appreciated.
